Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how AD Lab Development (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with our Atlassian Forge apps distributed on Atlassian Marketplace (each an “App”).
1. Who this applies to
Organizations that install our Apps on Atlassian Cloud (Jira) and users of those installations. Product documentation: Documentation hub.
2. Our Marketplace apps
- RiskPilot — delivery risk intelligence
- Ticket Quality Auditor — issue quality scoring
3. Common practices (all Apps)
- We access Jira data only through Atlassian Forge APIs to provide App functionality on your site
- Configuration and derived analysis are stored in Atlassian Forge app storage (KVS), scoped to your installation
- We do not operate a separate customer database outside Atlassian for core App state
- When AI features are enabled for an App, selected structured or text context may be processed by Atlassian-hosted Forge LLMs (no third-party AI egress for shipped Apps)
- When AI is disabled, Apps use deterministic logic only (no LLM calls)
- We do not sell customer Jira content or use it to train public third-party models
- Marketplace billing is handled by Atlassian when an App is paid; we do not collect payment card data
4. RiskPilot — data access
Through Forge APIs, RiskPilot may access issue fields and links used for risk analysis (summary, status, priority, dates, issue links, fix versions, project metadata, timestamps) and store derived risk scores, signals, recommendations, portfolio views, register statuses, and outcome records.
Optional Jira comments may be posted when your administrator enables audit comments and you have issue edit permission.

5. Ticket Quality Auditor — data access
Through Forge APIs, the App may access issue fields used for quality analysis (summary, description, issue type, priority, labels, components, linked issues, project, timestamps) and store derived scores, findings, and recommendations.
Issue updates occur only after explicit user confirmation (Improve Ticket).

6. Retention and uninstall
Stored data is retained until overwritten, invalidated by App logic, or removed when the App is uninstalled or per Atlassian platform retention. Contact us for deletion questions.
7. Platform providers
Apps run on Atlassian Forge. Atlassian’s platform terms and privacy documentation also apply.
