Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Atlassian Forge apps published by AD Lab Development (“Vendor”) on Atlassian Marketplace, including RiskPilot and Ticket Quality Auditor (each an “App”).
1. The Apps
Our Apps provide productivity and intelligence features for Jira Cloud as described in each App’s documentation. They are aids for human review and do not replace professional advice, project management judgment, or guaranteed delivery outcomes.
2. Marketplace and Atlassian platform
If you obtain an App through Atlassian Marketplace, Atlassian’s Marketplace Customer Agreement and related platform terms also apply. Paid listings are billed via Atlassian (“Paid via Atlassian”).
3. License
Subject to these Terms and any active Marketplace subscription, Vendor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the App on eligible Atlassian Cloud sites you administer.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse an App to violate law, third-party rights, or Atlassian policies
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt an App except as permitted by law
- Do not treat scores, forecasts, or AI output as guaranteed correctness
5. AI and output disclaimer
Optional AI features may produce incomplete or unsuitable output. Review any recommendations or proposed Jira changes before acting. Apps that write to Jira require explicit user confirmation where implemented.
6. Customer data
You retain ownership of your Jira content. Vendor processes App-related data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Support
Support is provided as described on the Support page.
8. Warranty disclaimer
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENDOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF AN APP. VENDOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO AMOUNTS PAID FOR THE APP DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $0 IF THE APP WAS FREE).
10. Changes
Vendor may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this site. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
